Lars brings over a decade of high-stakes experience in top financial markets and is the visionary behind our mission to redefine portfolio management with alternative data and sustainability. He also serves as Head Quant at a leading brokerage for structured products in Switzerland.

Daniel Fink

CTO & Co-Founder

Daniel is driven to build cutting-edge portfolio management architectures and cloud services. With 5+ years in software development at Siemens PLM and TeamViewer, he merges tech expertise with a vision in quantum machine learning.

Frederik Wetzel

COO & Co-Founder

Fredi drives operational processes and shapes our marketing strategy, turning vision into action for scalable growth. Apart from his role at Leafs, Fredi serves as the CEO of his own startup, specializing in developing AI-driven digital solutions.

Anna Vasileva

Anna leads product innovation, crafting solutions that align with our vision and customer needs. Currently Anna is pursuing a Ph.D. in Finance with a focus on Sustainable Finance and researches investor behavior and preferences.

Kaspar Burghartz

Co-Head Modelling

Kaspar co-leads optimization efforts, and streamlines data management for smooth operations. Kaspar brings experience from his work at the Bank for International Settlements and is currently pursuing a PhD in Finance.

Lukas Hitz

Co-Head Modelling

Lukas co-leads optimization efforts, ensuring our financial and risk models are precise and efficient. Lukas holds a PhD in Finance from the University of Basel.

David Tschan

Front-End Engineer

David crafts intuitive and responsive user interfaces, bringing our web application to life and helping portfolio managers do their job efficient. He brings 8+ years of professional experience in Frontend Development for Swiss and international projects.

Viktoria Stauffenegger

Marketing & Kommunikation

Viki holds two Bachelor's degrees from the University of Basel in Business and Economics, as well as Media Studies. Currently, she is responsible for social media at TeleBasel, where she also works as a news journalist.

Samira Stolpe

Samira brings several years of experience as a graphic designer and brand manager in the food industry. Currently, she is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Scenography at the University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland.
