Lars holds a Master of Arts in Banking and Finance from HSG. Apart from Leafs, he serves as the Head Quant at a broker specializing in structured products. Lars brings over a decade of experience in the financial industry, having worked in several key financial centers.

Daniel Fink

CTO & Co-Founder

Daniel holds a Master of Science in Simulation Technology from the University of Stuttgart and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Quantum Machine Learning. With over 5 years of experience in software development, he has worked for international companies such as Siemens PLM and TeamViewer.

Frederik Wetzel

COO & Co-Founder

Fredi holds a Master's in Marketing and Strategic Management from the University of Basel. Apart from his role at Leafs, Fredi serves as the CEO of his own startup, specializing in developing AI-driven digital solutions.

Anna Vasileva

Head of Product

Anna holds a Master's degree in Finance & Data Science from the University of Zurich and has over 3 years of experience in asset management and strategy research. Currently, Anna is pursuing a Ph.D. in Finance with a focus on Sustainable Finance.

Kaspar Burghartz

Co-Head Modelling

After earning his Master's degree in Banking and Finance from the University of Basel, Kaspar worked as a Data Scientist, including at the Bank for International Settlements. Currently, he is pursuing a Ph.D. in the field of finance.

Lukas Hitz

Co-Head Modelling

Lukas holds a Master's degree in Business and Economics with a specialization in Financial Markets and Monetary Economics from the University of Basel. With several years of experience in banking, he is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in the field of finance.

David Tschan

Front-End Engineer

David brings 5 years of professional experience in Frontend Development. He has crafted user interfaces for numerous applications in Switzerland and abroad.

Viktoria Stauffenegger

Marketing & Kommunikation

Viki holds two Bachelor's degrees from the University of Basel in Business and Economics, as well as Media Studies. Currently, she is responsible for social media at TeleBasel, where she also works as a news journalist.

Samira Stolpe

Grafik & Design

Samira brings several years of experience as a graphic designer and brand manager in the food industry. Currently, she is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Scenography at the University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland.
